Our Teachers
Our teaching team consists of dedicated educators with rich experience teaching in the Ministry of Education (MOE), including current MOE teachers. They hold degrees and master’s qualifications in Chinese Language from top universities, bringing with them years of professional teaching experience. More than just qualified, our teachers are known for their patience and warmth, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to learn.
Teacher Nili
Teacher Nili is a native Chinese speaker with over ten years of teaching experience in both MOE schools and private tuition centres. She is the Founder and Head of Curriculum at Nili Chinese Learning, where she leads the design and implementation of structured, syllabus-aligned Chinese programmes across different levels.
Currently pursuing a Master of Education (Chinese) at NTU’s National Institute of Education (NIE), Teacher Nili combines academic rigour with extensive classroom experience. She personally oversees curriculum planning, lesson structure, and teaching standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and effective progression for every student.Driven by a passion for meaningful learning, she founded Nili Chinese Learning to help students build strong study habits, develop confidence in using Chinese, and achieve sustainable academic growth beyond examinations.
Teacher Lin
As a current MOE Junior College teacher and a graduate in Chinese Studies from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Teacher Lin brings both academic depth and a calm, supportive teaching approach to the classroom. With her strong subject knowledge and years of experience, she is dedicated to helping students develop confidence and a deeper appreciation for the Chinese language. Known for her patience and encouragement, she creates a nurturing environment where students feel empowered to grow and succeed.
Teacher Lai
As a current MOE teacher and a graduate in Chinese Studies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Teacher Lai brings both academic depth and a thoughtful, student-centred teaching approach to the classroom. She is the lead contributor for the secondary-level curriculum and teaching materials at Nili Chinese Learning, playing a key role in the design and refinement of the centre’s secondary Chinese programmes.
With a strong understanding of the MOE syllabus and years of classroom experience, Teacher Lai focuses on helping students build a solid foundation in language skills, exam techniques, and structured thinking.
Teacher Tee
Teacher Lei
Teacher Lei holds a Master of Arts in Education from University College London (UCL) and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as an International Language at Nanyang Technological University. With a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for teaching, she delivers structured and engaging lessons tailored to each student’s needs. Her thoughtful and encouraging approach helps students stay motivated and grow with confidence.

Teacher Zhang
Teacher Zhang is a Senior Gold Teacher at Nili Chinese Learning and a key member of our teaching team. With over three years of tutoring experience and a strong academic background in Chinese language education, she delivers lessons that are structured, engaging, and aligned with our centre’s curriculum standards.
Known for her calm, patient, and supportive teaching style, Teacher Zhang helps students build confidence step by step in a positive and encouraging learning environment. She works closely with the curriculum team to ensure consistency in lesson quality and learning outcomes across all levels.
Teacher Lin
Teacher Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). With a deep passion for education and a commitment to nurturing every student, she brings both academic strength and a warm, encouraging presence to the classroom. Her engaging teaching style and dedication to student progress help create a positive environment where learners feel supported, motivated, and empowered to build a strong foundation in the Chinese language.
Teacher Tee holds a degree in Teaching Chinese as an International Language from Nanjing University, one of China’s top universities. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English, bringing a wealth of teaching experience with her. Known for her engaging and student-centered approach, Teacher Tee is passionate about helping learners of all levels build a strong foundation in Chinese language and culture.
