Primary Chinese Classes

Our focus is refining students' speaking, listening, and essay writing abilities, complemented by an additional component of reading comprehension (MCQ) to support holistic development.

We have meticulously designed and written our teaching materials, including exercises in writing and dialogue. These activities are aimed at enhancing students' mastery of the Chinese language. The advantage of creating our learning materials is the ability to tailor them to each child's needs—providing a challenging level for some students while ensuring accessibility for others.

Through activities such as completing short text fill-in-the-blanks, dialogue completion, and practical exercises centered on reading and comprehension, students undergo intensive training. This approach enhances their reading and comprehension skills, preparing them thoroughly for examinations.

1. Synchronized Text Recognition and Writing Practice

Students will learn to recognize, write, and read Chinese characters through engaging texts, consolidating their foundational knowledge. We ensure students develop confident language skills early on, laying a robust foundation for future learning.

2. Basic Composition Exercises:

To cultivate an interest in writing, we guide students to build fundamental writing skills early on. This phase of the curriculum lays the groundwork for the picture-text composition exercises introduced in P3.

3. Listening and Oral Assessments:

Students will initiate the development of listening and oral assessment skills through engaging activities and exercises, enhancing their language communication and comprehension abilities.
