The Nili Early Chinese Mastery (NECM) Framework is our signature teaching model for preschoolers. It combines play-based learning, child-led exploration, hands-on activities, and multi-sensory teaching to build a solid Mandarin foundation before Primary 1.

Relationship-Based Teaching
Children learn best when they are happy and relaxed. We use games, role-play, songs, and storytelling to make Chinese natural and enjoyable.
Inspired by Reggio Emilia, we observe what children are curious about (animals, food, transport, family life) and design activities around these themes, so they want to participate and speak.
Taking reference from Montessori ideas, we use flashcards, sorting cards, stroke blocks, and real-life objects so children can “touch” and “see” the language, not just listen.
We combine listening, speaking, reading, and early writing in each lesson through songs, actions, stories, picture books, and simple writing practice.
With small-group classes (max 8 students), teachers can build trust with every child. A safe, encouraging classroom helps even shy children slowly open up and speak.

Yes. Many of our preschoolers come from English-speaking homes. We start with simple vocabulary, clear repetition, and lots of visual support so beginners feel safe and included.

The NECM Framework builds listening, speaking, word recognition, and early writing skills—exactly what children need to cope with Primary 1 Chinese lessons and assessments.
