We are a team that cares about students and actively engages with them, providing personalised feedback and assessments. We collaborate with parents to mutually foster the progress of the children. We welcome parents to share their child's exam schedule, allowing us to create effective study plans and help the child face exams with confidence. If necessary, we proactively offer free additional tutoring to ensure students can approach exams with greater confidence. We not only impart knowledge but also emphasise the individual growth of each child, committed to providing them with an excellent educational experience.
Effective Communication with Parents

In addition, we maintain close communication with parents regarding their child's situation, such as informing them about the child's performance in class, recent learning progress, and whether there has been improvement or setbacks. We assign homework to children to be done at home since we use our own compiled teaching materials, allowing us to provide suitable materials based on the child's situation. We also adapt teaching materials appropriately. Children are rewarded with stamps, which can be exchanged for gifts, motivating them to diligently complete their homework.

Our observation reveals a prevalent lack of enthusiasm among numerous children towards Chinese language acquisition. Many demonstrate resistance and hesitancy in approaching Chinese tasks, often citing feelings of overwhelm and self-doubt. In response, our instructional strategy prioritizes the cultivation of confidence in our students' Chinese language proficiency. We firmly assert that through the development of self-assurance, they will be equipped to surmount any obstacles encountered in their Chinese language learning journey. By fostering a nurturing and encouraging educational atmosphere, our objective is to ignite within our students a genuine passion for and commitment to embracing Chinese language acquisition.

Our Teachers
Our teaching team is composed of dedicated educators who have received training from the Ministry of Education (MOE). Beyond their qualifications, our teachers are known for their patience, creating an environment where students feel comfortable and engaged.
Teacher Nili
Teacher Nili, a native Chinese speaker, brings a wealth of experience with 9 years in tutoring. Her journey has included roles both within the MOE and private tuition centers, providing her with deep familiarity with the MOE Syllabus. Fueled by her deep passion for education, Teacher Nili Founded Nili Chinese Learning with the aim of equipping students with effective study strategies and building their confidence in the Chinese language.
Teacher Lin
As a current MOE teacher and a graduate in Chinese Studies from National University of Singapore, Teacher Lin combines academic expertise with a patient teaching style. Her students not only benefit from her subject knowledge but also appreciate the encouragement and patience she extends to them.

Teacher Zhang
With 2 years of tutoring experience, Teacher Zhang not only imparts knowledge but does so with patience and understanding. Her background includes teaching adult Chinese learners, where her patience has been a key asset in creating a positive learning atmosphere.
